I need
drop source 192.168.200.15 port 25

-->Allow port 25 for all local ip except 192.168.200.15

than you need to use mode 2, mixing the modes is not possible and desired, you can even add a custom rule to your rc.local to get this working

My aunt is not happy with rc.local sulution.
