0000671: Space should be appended to log prefix

Description

When using outgoing firewall rules a logging rule is defined with the prefix 'DROP_OUTGOINGFW'. This produces log entries like the following where the prefix is joined with the 'IN' of the incoming interface.

ipfire kernel: DROP_OUTGOINGFWIN= OUT=red0 SRC=...
